faceSteve Northway – Managing Director
Before setting up Dorset Drylining, Steve undertook a British Gypsum training course and worked as a dryliner for 10 years learning the business. In 1993 he decided to set up his own company, with the invaluable experience enabling him to form strong relationships with clients and better understand their needs.

He currently has overall responsibility for all contracts and tendering procedures and is as likely to be found out on site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards never drop, than he his to be sat behind his desk. His many years of experience have led to him being a well respected member of the industry with both clients and employees alike.

faceRichard Williams – Senior Supervisor
Richard began working for Bourne plasterers as an apprentice dryliner in 1988 forming a positive relationship with Steve. He is now Steve right hand man acting as a vital link between the site team and the office team. The efficiency of the company can be put down to the hard work and attention to detail Richard provides.
